jli58 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jli58 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
jli58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. jli58 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jli58 Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. All content on the jli58 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jli58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jli58 Platform without the prior written consent of jli58. Any unauthorized use of jli58's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
jli58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jli58 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to fulfill its legal obligations. jli58 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jli58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination for cause, jli58 may forfeit any Account balance in accordance with applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jli58 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
jli58 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jli58 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jli58 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
